You are eligible to receive a windshield or other type of glass free of charge if you meet one of the following requirements:
1. If your car has the separate glass coverage, $0 deductible, or
2. If your car has lane departure function and carry comprehensive coverage with $1000 deductible or less, or
3. If your car has comprehensive coverage with $500 deductible but has no glass coverage and lane departure.

Customer Privacy Protection
For your security, we do not store any sensitive personal information on our website. As an alternative, we print out and store all customer information on paper.
You may even notify us to destroy the paperwork, but please be aware that if you do so, you will lose the lifetime warranty.
